The plan to get the car out of the canal

This is a Sheriff's representation of the canal and siphon. Up top you see the two besides of the canal, which goes about 18 feet deep.

In the middle you see the siphon connecting the two sides of the canal. It goes 80-feet deep to get below the Puerto Creek.

At bottom is the shape of the siphon. It's three adjacent, rectangular concrete tunnels, each about 15 feet wide.

The car is stuck in the farthest one on the west side.
