Farmers might soon have to pay more for labor

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture says farm labor costs will increase by nearly 11-percent this year.

Ag officials say a projected increase in wage rates, as well as an expected rise in total output for labor-intensive crops, are behind the increase.
