A Valley native got a big surprise along with other tourists at the White House on Thursday.
Brandon Griggs of Fresno got to meet First Lady Michelle Obama during a tour of the White House. Mrs. Obama and First Dog Bo surprised White House visitors during a morning tour.
Griggs, who is a graduate from Central High East, barely made the cut. He was one of the last five visitors to meet Mrs. Obama.
The White House provided live streaming video of Mrs. Obama's surprise.
