Fresno, Calif. (KFSN) -- Imagine being able to control things inside your home with your iPhone. Well, you don't have to imagine anymore, because that technology is available right now.
A Fresno-based company has created a fully integrated smart home with several hi-tech features.
For instance, when someone rings your doorbell, the camera at your front door takes a picture which pops up on your television screen. Then there's the mirror that doubles as a TV screen. This bedroom painting is really a facade, you can use your iPhone to lift the painting and reveal a TV underneath.
The designer of this hi-tech home technology says he can set up your home to do just about anything from your iPhone. There's a remote visor that goes in your car so as you're approaching your home and it's at night you can press a button and turn on certain lights in your house so you never walk into a dark home," said Hi-Tech Home president Jay Cobb. The Hi-Tech home features cost anywhere from a few hundred dollars to tens of thousands of dollars.
You can tour this smart home located in Northeast Fresno near the Copper River Country Club off Friant road on the weekends or during the week by appointment.
