Aeromexico and Volaris Airlines compete for Fresno flights

FRESNO, California (KFSN) -- One of the airlines that's adding flights to Mexico at Fresno's airport will be doing so for cheap to start its run at FYI.

Aeromexico has announced a special introductory fare for Fresno to Guadalajara and Fresno to Mexico City flights -- $99 each way for the daily flight to Guadalajara and $149 each way to Mexico City.

It's a temporary offer for flights between April 4th, when Aeromexico begins service at Fresno Yosemite International Airport and the 21st.

Volaris Airlines will also begin daily flights from Fresno to Guadalajara in April.
