Tuesday, September 16, 2008

A teenager from the south Valley, who won a chance to make it big in Hollywood, thanked his fans in Visalia.

Stan Carrizosa sang to a crowd of fans Monday night. The El Diamante High School student won a Disney talent and recording contract on the summer reality show, "High School Musical: Get In The Picture."

Stan gets to star in a music video in the upcoming film "High School Musical Three." But first, he greeted his fans at the Visalia Convention Center where he signed autographs and took pictures.

Stan Carrizosa sang in the chorus at his high school for the past three years, but had never taken singing or dancing lessons. He beat out other semi-professional kids, to win the High School Musical reality show.
