September 20, 2005 -- Charges against a South Valley man accused of killing his wife and mother-in-law will be filed on Wednesday.
27-year-old Alfred Suniga turned himself into Visalia police Monday afternoon.
Suniga was missing for several hours after police found his wife and mother-in-law shot to death in their Visalia home.
Suniga's seven-year-old son had to call 911.
Court records show Alfred Suniga had been arrested before for spousal abuse.
Tulare County prosecutors say they will charge Suniga with both murders.
