November 8, 2005 -- An ad in the Merced Sun Star has drawn an apology from a campaign member for Rick Osorio, who is running for mayor of Merced.
The ad lists Osorio supporters, but it turns out at least one of those people listed says they are not supporting either candidate.
Osorio's campaign says it only received one complaint.
It used names from fundraisers and those who donated money.
