Santa Paws in Fresno

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- It's not even Thanksgiving, but Santa's already starting to make visits to the Valley.

And Saturday, he heard what our four-legged friends are hoping for this Christmas.

"Santa paws" took a break to pose for pictures with pets at the valley animal center, so their owners can get a jump start on all of their photos and greeting cards.

The photos were part of a fundraiser for the center, which helps find homes for homeless animals.

The event also included a craft and bake sale, though Santa seemed to be the biggest draw for the pets.
