FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A police standoff put a Valley elementary school on lockdown. Officers were responding to a disturbance call in Parlier. When they got there, they heard gun shots in the area but investigators say it wasn't targeted at them.

Other Valley law enforcement agencies arrived to help Parlier Police. Officers moved in to a home and captured three suspects.
The lockdown at Chavez Elementary was lifted after the suspects were taken into custody.
