Fresno man plead guilty to child sex, burying her alive

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A plea deal has been reached in the attempted murder and sexual assault of a four-year-old girl.

Juan Gomez Jimenez plead guilty to one count of attempted murder and also a sex assault charge.

The plea stems from the abduction of a four-year-old girl outside a Christmas Eve party near Raisin City three years ago.

Jimenez faces 25 years to life in prison when he is sentenced next month.
