FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Tulare County officials have discovered the bodies of two missing people in the upper Kern River. The bodies were found Saturday near the Gold Ledge Campground north of Kernville.
Sheriff's deputies say the body, of a 53-year-old man was found snagged on a tree. He isn't being identified at this time.
During the recovery another body was also found nearby. Minh Nguyen had been missing since June 13th. She was last seen with a man who is also missing. He is also believed to be dead.
Authorities say they will continue to search the area for his remains.
