Fresno man killed in head-on crash

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A Fresno man is dead after a head-on crash in Southwest Fresno. It happened Saturday on Commerce near East in Southwest Fresno.

Police say Henry Hernandez was driving on Commerce when another vehicle crossed into his lane and hit his car head-on. Hernandez was killed.

The driver of the other car was taken to the hospital with moderate injuries. The cause of the crash is still under investigation and it's unknown if alcohol or drugs played a role.
