FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- The Clovis Police Department is asking the public for help to identify a suspect in an ID theft case.
A man was seen leaving the Target store in Clovis at the Sierra Vista Mall on Saturday. Police say he attempted to use a woman's ATM card.
Earlier in the day, investigators say the woman parked her car in the Lowe's parking lot across the street. She left her wallet in plain sight -- in her unlocked car. That's when the suspect stole her wallet and got access to her card.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Clovis Police Department.
