Deadly shooting at Strathmore marijuana grow

TULARE COUNTY, Calif. (KFSN) -- Tulare County Sheriff's deputies are investigating a deadly shooting at a medical marijuana grow site in Strathmore.

When deputies arrived at the scene, they found the victim was dead and had multiple gunshot wounds. The Violent Crimes and Crime Lab detectives then responded to the scene to further investigate the incident.

According to investigators, the victim was a visitor at the home. He woke up when he heard a disturbance outside and was shot by someone who was in the process of stealing marijuana.
