Car theft suspect arrested in Sanger

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Fresno Police say they have one of Valley's prolific car thieves behind bars.

Carlos Arenas was arrested early Thursday afternoon in Sanger while driving a stolen car.

Action News viewer Ryan Boss sent us a video of the scene moments after officers pulled over Arenas.

Police say that Arenas steals cars and breaks into homes on a regular basis. He has been arrested three times in the last two years and has a history of violence.
