FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Fresno Police are investigating a hit an run accident that sent two people to the hospital.
The accident happened around 2 a.m. Friday morning on Whitesbridge near Trinity in Southwest Fresno. Police say the accident involved three cars.
Authorities believe one car made contact with another and sent two cars spinning. A Jaguar hit a nearby thrift-store, and police say the people in the car ran away from the scene.
Authorities say two people inside the second car were injured when their car hit another building. They were taken to Community Regional Medical Center, but Fresno Police say they're expected to be okay.
The third car took off from the scene and police are looking for the driver.
Fresno police are still looking into who's at fault for the accident.
