Fresno Co man arrested on child molestation charges

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A Fresno County man has been arrested on child molestation charges. David Guerrero, 45, is accused of assaulting an eight-year-old girl.

Investigators say David Guerrero was arrested late Tuesday night after the girl and her 14-year-old sister called authorities.

When deputies responded they found Guerrero hiding in the crawl space beneath a home and had to deploy a K9.

Guerrero fought and injured the dog. Deputies had to use bean bag rounds to finally take him into custody. He now faces additional charges for attacking the K9.
