Shooting injures one near Marks and Fairmont in NW Fresno

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Police are in a standoff with a suspect at an apartment complex near Marks and Fairmont in Northwest Fresno. That's the same location where a man was found shot earlier Tuesday.
