Funeral procession motorcyclist injured in crash

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A motorcyclist who was leading a funeral procession is recovering from serious injuries Tuesday morning following an accident in Central Fresno.

The Fresno Police Department says the funeral procession was going through the area of Cedar and Roberts Monday when a car turned in front of the motorcycle. The motorcyclist broad-sided the car and was thrown from the vehicle.

The man was taken to the hospital and went into surgery. He was last listed in critical condition.
