Man arrested in Southwest Fresno murder

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- The suspect from a murder in Southwest Fresno last weekend is now in jail.

Police say 27-year old Dexter Murphy turned himself in on Saturday.

Murphy is accused of killing 35-year-old Wayne Devine. Police found his body last saturday after getting a call about shots being fired at an apartment complex at Delno and Hawes.

Investigators say the suspect is a known gang member.
