26-year-old man dead after Del Rey shooting

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Fresno County Sheriff's Deputies are investigating a deadly shooting near Del Rey.

It happened just after 8 p.m. Saturday night in the area of Jefferson and McCall. Detectives remained at the scene for several hours.

The Fresno County Coroner's Office has identified the victim as 26-year-old Michael Escalera of Del Rey.
