FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Fresno County Sheriff's Deputies have arrested the suspect in a deadly shooting near Del Rey earlier this month, but the accused killer is now out of jail.
26-year-old Raul Torres was arrested on murder charges on Wednesday, but he posted a million dollars bail Friday night and was released from jail.
Investigators believe he shot and killed Michael Escalera in the area of Jefferson and McCall two weeks ago.
