Fresno man dead in Madera Co crash

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- The CHP is investigating a crash that killed a Fresno man.

The accident happened in Madera County on Highway 152 at Road 6.

Officers say the victim was driving a Saturn when he suddenly made a left turn into the path of an oncoming GMC Yukon.

The SUV hit right side of the Saturn. The 28-year-old man driving the car died at the scene.

A passenger in the Yukon had minor injuries, and the driver was not hurt.

Investigators say alcohol does not appear to be a factor in the crash.
