He was so badly injured he was taken to a nearby fire station and then taken to a hospital.
HOUSTON -- A Houston man remains in the hospital in serious condition after being attacked inside his southeast Houston home.
Police say he was hit in the head by an unknown number of suspects who broke into his apartment behind a house at Stiles and Harrisburg. A witness managed to get the man to a nearby fire station and from there he was rushed to the hospital.
Police are still trying to figure out exactly what happened.
