Kingsburg man allegedly threatens to kill roommate with assault rifle

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A Kingsburg man is now in jail after threatening to kill his roommate. Police have arrested 64-year-old Dwight Wing for assault with a deadly weapon and terrorist threats.
Kingsburg police went to a home near Mehlert and 12th at about 8:30 Wednesday morning after getting calls about a man armed with an assault rifle. Investigators say his roommate claimed he had threatened her.
Wing surrendered about 30 minutes after officers arrived on scene. No one was injured.
