FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A man has been arrested in connection with Visalia's first homicide of 2013. Edgar Lugo was booked into the Tulare County Jail for murder.
The murder happened at around 2 a.m. Monday in North Visalia. Clifford St. Martin, 36, was found shot to death in his driveway.
Friends said St. Martin was a "good guy" and are mourning his loss.
Investigators say he was shot several times and died at a nearby hospital.
