Bolingbrook attempted child abductions reported

  

February 1, 2013 (BOLINGBROOK) -- Police say a man followed a 16-year-old girl into an apartment building on Woodcreek Drive in Bolingbrook, and grabbed her from behind.

The girl was able to fight the man off. He ran away.

Investigators think the incident may be connected to a similar one on Wednesday invoving another 16-year-old girl. In that instance, a man took off when a bystander yelled at him as he approached the girl.
