FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Fresno police say they arrested three gang members on gun charges and also discovered they were making fun of a well-known law enforcement campaign.
Officers spotted a suspicious car in the parking lot of the Homewood Suites in northeast Fresno around midnight on Saturday during a party that had grown out of control. They arrested Mario Rangel after they say he tried to hide a loaded, stolen gun in a vehicle.
They say Clider Aguilar was carrying a loaded handgun and that Cesar Rendon knowingly let them have the loaded firearms in his car. Police searched the car and Rangel's home and say they found two posters from the "use a gun and you're done" campaign.
All three suspects are now booked in the Fresno county jail.
