Occupy Oakland activists say they will re-take Frank Ogawa Plaza tomorrow at noon and hold a 24-hour, 7 day a week vigil.

Police tore down the encampment on November 14. This time, protesters say they will not put up tents, but will build a tee-pee. Mayor Quan has said the plaza will be open to peaceful protests, but lodging will not be allowed.
