Fresno, CA (KFSN) -- If you don't get enough sleep, you have plenty of company. More than eleven percent of adults said there was not a single day in the previous month when they got enough sleep-- according to a government study.
The Centers for Disease Control found that North Dakotans had fewest complaints about insufficient sleep-- with only seven point four percent of them reporting too little sleep or rest in the prior 30 days.
California came in second, with only eight percent reporting too little sleep. Wisconsin, Oregon, and Nebraska round the top five list of states with the fewest complaints. The state with the highest percentage of complaints was West Virginia with about 19 point three percent.
