Colburn, Carr Face off in QB battle

Fresno, CA (KFSN) -- Fresno State does not have a quarterback controversy. What it has is competition at the position.

Ryan Colburn returns for his sixth and final season, but make no mistake he feels the pressure from sophomore Derek Carr breathing down his neck. As the two continue to push each during training camp.

Last season Colburn threw for 2,459 yards and 19touchdowns while leading the Bulldogs to an 8-5 record.

Carr attempted just 14 passes all of last season, but his strong arm and family lineage has some fans calling for number 4 to start the season under center
