An exclusive Action News / SurveyUSA Poll shows Governor Schwarzenegger's approval rating continues to take a hit.
Governor Schwarzenegger joked today that his endorsement is for sale to any presidential candidate willing to solve California's budget problems.
The governor answered questions about the budget shortfall after speaking at a conference for newspaper publishers in Sacramento today.
He also discussed a plan to commit $29-billion dollars left from voter approved bonds to improve levees, highways and schools sooner than the 10 years currently planned.

We asked 600 people around the state if they approve of the job the governor is doing.
47% percent say they do.
49% percent said they disapprove of the job he's doing.
4% percent said they were unsure.
