(KGO) -- Students and teachers in Milltown, Delaware set a world record for constructing the largest Lego tower.
It measured 112 feet and 11.75 inches after the superintendent added the final piece on Monday.
The tower took several months to construct and consists of about 500,000 bricks.
The tower is freestanding and utilizes no adhesives.
The previous height record was 106 feet, set by a school in Prague last year.
