California's old governor's mansion may soon become party central. The state park system is hoping to raise funds by renting the place out for special events such as weddings and receptions.
Officials say the extra money will help keep the mansion running. The home boasts 14,000 square feet, marble fireplaces, a spiral staircase, newly renovated pool and more. Just beware: if you want to rent the venue, it won't come cheap; prices start at $1,500 an event.
