POINT REYES, Calif. (KGO) -- An oyster farm in Marin County is facing new accusations that it is hurting the environment.

The California Coastal Commission says Drake's Bay Oyster Company at the Point Reyes National Seashore has been illegally using motorboats in a seal-protection area. The group also claims the company has littered the area with plastic debris.

The oyster company's owners say the accusations are based on false data from the National Park Service.
