Axe-wielding man attacks slot machines in Italy

ITALY (KGO) -- Talk about a sore loser... Recently-released surveillance video shows a man in Italy attacking a row of slot machines.

According to police, the man had recently lost $6,500 to the one-armed bandits and got so mad he went home, grabbed an axe, and took his frustration out on the machines.

After he was done, witnesses say he walked outside and calmly waited for police to arrive.

He was immediately sent to trial at a local court and sentenced to six months, but in Italy prison terms less two years are not enforced so the axe-wielding gambler was released.
