Oracle's Larry Ellison once again tops the list of the Bay Area's best-paid executives. The San Francisco Business Times released its top 25 rankings on Tuesday.
Oracle's CEO was paid more than $70 million in 2010. That's more than twice as much as the second-highest paid executive -- John Hammergren of McKesson took in almost $34 million.
Atmel's Steven Laub is third, with more than $19 million in total compensation last year.
