Oprah Winfrey admits to near nervous breakdown

Oprah Winfrey admits the toll of trying to save her cable network lead to a near nervous breakdown.

It hit as she was also filming the movie "The Butler" but she didn't realize it until she interviewed Kony director Jason Russell about his breakdown symptoms in October of last year. She then realized she needed to slow down and take better care of herself.

In an interview with Access Hollywood, she said:

"I had reached a point where I just couldn't take anymore stimulation."
