Study: Turning off electronics could reverse depression
A new study could give electronic night owls a reason to shut down.
Researchers at Ohio State University say sitting in front of a computer or TV screen or even leaving them on when you fall asleep could increase your chances of becoming depressed.
The researchers studied hamsters but they say it translates to humans. They say turning off electronics late at night could reverse depression symptoms in about two weeks.
The findings are published in the journal "Molecular Psychiatry."
