Study: Sleep deprivation leads to overeating

Doctors have new advice today for people on a diet -- try to get a full night's rest.

Researchers at Penn State have found people who get partial sleep or 4 to 6 hours every night, end up eating more and usually, it's more of the wrong foods. Doctors say it's a combination of hormone changes in the body that result from staying up longer that affects eating patterns. Plus, if you're awake, there's more of a chance for you to eat.
