New research suggests a mug of hot cocoa could be the new brain food.

Harvard researchers studied 60 older adults. About a third of them had poor blood flow to the brain. When these subjects drank two cups of hot cocoa a day for a month, it improved blood flow, led to faster thinking and improved memory by nearly 30 percent.

Researchers caution you'll likely not get the same benefit from chocolate bars. The sugar and fat they contain could outweigh any benefits.
