Shark Encounter At Famous Surf Spot

Nov. 3 (KGO) -- A 25 year-old surfer survived a close call with a great white shark yesterday at Mavericks Beach near Half Moon Bay. It's the third great white attack off our coast in the last two weeks. That may sound alarming to you and me, but not to those who study great whites.
