Mar. 21 - KGO (KGO) -- Too much crime, not enough cops. That's the problem at it's simplest in San Francisco. And it is why Police Chief Heather Fong says it's critical for the Board of Supervisors to approve her request for more money. As that request winds its way through City Hall, the chief sat down and voiced her concerns exclusively to ABC7's Vic Lee.
