NEWSMay 21 - KGO (KGO) -- A firefighter is recovering from a dog bite after helping rescue two dogs from the side of a steep cliff at Fort Funston.
The rescue happened about five yesterday evening near the hang glider platform. During the effort, one of the dogs bit a firefighter in the face. He was taken to the hospital with bite wounds.
There's no word from authorities on how exactly the pets got stuck.
