SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- There was a very happy ending for a sea lion known as Dart Man. The sea lion returned to the ocean Sunday. He was discovered weeks ago at Pier 39 with a plastic packing strap embedded around his neck.
Dart Man weighs more than 400 pounds and it took more than two weeks to capture him to remove the strap.
