SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- Here is a list of Bay Area locations currently closed because of the federal government shutdown:

  • Alcatraz Island
  • Marin Headlands
  • Muir Woods National Monument
  • Ocean Beach
  • Crissy Field
  • Presidio Visitors Center
  • All other Golden Gate National Recreation Area sites
  • Yosemite National Park
  • Point Reyes National Seashore
  • NASA Ames Research Center
