ORINDA, CA (KGO) -- An East Bay high school teacher was arrested at school Thursday accused of having sex with an underage student.

Walnut Creek police took Mark Litton into custody.

Litton teaches English at Miramonte High School in Orinda.

He's accused of having a sexual relationship with a former student.

The superintendent sent parents an email Thursday night, saying no current students or other staff members are involved.
