San Leandro girl reports father's sexual abuse

SAN LEANDRO, Calif. (KGO) -- San Leandro police believe a teenage girl's father sexually assaulted her for several years until she reported the abuse this week.

34-year-old Francisco Dominguez remains in custody after being arrested Tuesday. His 16-year-old daughter told a doctor during a medical appointment on Monday about the abuse. Her doctor then contacted Child Protective Services and CPS called the police.

Dominguez will appear in court Friday in Hayward.
