OAKLAND, Calif. -- A man was shot and killed outside a Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant in East Oakland Thursday, according to police.
Police responded to the 7300 block of International boulevard at 6:19 p.m.
Officers found a man in his 20s suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was later pronounced dead.
